Dear Narmin Parpia:
Your training pants are great! Our daycare teacher says that they are more absorbent than others she has used. I have given your web address to her so that she can recommend you to other parents who are beginning to train their kids.
In my last order I purchased the Gerber pants for boys. How can I exchange these?
I'd also like to order another 6 pack of your own brand.
Thanks,
SanSan Kwan

Hello. I ordered from you recently and was very happy about what I received and how quickly it came, so I'm ordering more. My daughter loves this underwear and I thought I should get extra pairs for when she grows out of the small ones. The learning recourses on the site are excellent as well. I'm in the midst of training my 2.9 year old daughter and it's going well. No pull-ups or anything, just taking her cues. I appreciate your site and advice.
I'll order again if I find something else I need.
Thanks!

SUBJECT: Flip up potty seat
I am writing in disappointment with your potty seat. I read reviews on other websites that said not to buy it because it didn't fit many toilets, and I foolishly still bought one for myself and one for my mother's toilet. I was very excited about the seat, because my 2 year old son loves to sit on the big toilet, but of course it's too big for him. I tried to install it on my toilet, but found that the seat cannot hook onto the other plastic piece because there's no gap on my regular toilet seat for it to slip into. I called my mother right away, and found that she was having the same problem. And then I read the return policy.
I'm now stuck with two seats that didn't work on two completely different toilets. I either throw them away or go out and buy a different toilet seat that your flip up potty might work with. Either way, I will not be recommending your seat to the mother's in my play group, and I will be adding my comments to the reviews that I read. Amy Ahyo

SUBJECT: Products
I was very excited to find the Gerber all in one training pant on your website. I bought a few pair a couple of months ago at my local KMart, but when I went to purchase more, have not been able to find them anywhere. I went online last night to Gerber.com and everywhere that they listed on their website for online purchase did not have the item available. I even called the 800 number for Gerber and was told that they are discontinuing the item, but the customer service rep. suggested that I Google the name of the item and see if I would have any success that way. I do wish, however, that your shipping costs were not quite so high, but it is worth it if I am able to get the training pants.
Thank you!

You're one of the few websites that had the vinyl water proof Gerber training pants I was looking for!
Reasonable price for an online store, too. Great website by the way.

Well, it's the 3rd day past the BIG DAY and NO ACCIDENTS! Your product is great! I followed the book exactly. My son understood potty training right away. I never really started potty training him until I bought your doll and I'm glad because I was able to achieve it with 1 try, successfully. I see so many other parents try it differently and continually fail. I can't wait to visit friends and family so show my son's success. He is even wearing underwear to bed, waking up, in the morning, dry and telling us he has to go pee, right away.
thanks so much!

Hello,
I have a two-year old daughter who was very hard to train using the advice and techniques passed on by friends and family. Finally, out of desperation with our consistent failures over several months to train her, I turned to the Web and this Web site. I ordered the complete package, and when it arrived, I read the booklet cover-to-cover several times.
I chose the big day and precisely used the techniques and tools as described and provided. I figured if she learned the one day program in one week I would be happy. It was only four hours after I started using this program that my daughter was successful. What we couldn't do in four months we did in four hours with this program.
Of course, in light of this success, I couldn't possibly recommend any other program than what you see offered on this very Web site. Don't waste your time in frustration, just order this program and be done with the training.
Sincerely yours,
Christian

Dear Narmin,
I was very happy to receive our Potty Scotty in the mail :) We are using him as an aid for toilet training our 21 month old boy, Teddy. Though he is a little younger then recommended, we felt that he was showing signs of readiness. I figured if he wanted to take off his diaper and run around the house, there should be a potty seat next to him that he could use!
He is doing wonderfully! He does not speak many words, but knows that his pee-pee (and Scotty's) is an "uh-oh" on the floor. He will make it to the potty several times a day, though we are not pushing him or doing intense training at this time. Right now he is still learning when he needs to go.
When Teddy first saw Scotty, he immediately fell in love with him! Face it, the doll is adorable! He immediately took off his clothes, and seeing a penis, thought he should put Scotty on the toilet with no coaxing from us. You should have seen his delight when he found out that Scotty could actually "go" !
My only complaint is that at the end of the pee-pee, Scotty kind of makes a funny slushing noise and sprays all over the place. I am not sure if this can be helped due to the nature of the tubing inside that allows him to "hold it". Even though, I would definitely give him two thumbs up and I would gladly recommend this doll!
Thank you for your ingenious creation! I hope you have a long, successful journey with these wonderful dolls.

Narmin -
Scotty arrived YESTERDAY afternoon - talk about fast!!! Scott's great - the detail of his anatomy is amazing - my hubby and I got a good chuckle from it last night.
I tried him out last night and am getting the hang of how to use him. Great idea on how to get him to pee by squeezing his leg! I am getting a bit of leakage before I intend him to pee, but I'm sure it's because I'm not well practiced yet. His right leg is a bit stiff (hard to get it to bend to have him sit down), but it's probably just because he's new. I'll keep moving it - hopefully it'll loosen up more before this weekend. You included 2 bottles - is the smaller bottle intended for me to use to covertly wet Scotty's pants?
Read your training guide - VERY well written & like you said, so much more succinct than the book. I'm going to try the lukewarm water approach for the first pee - great suggestion. I remember it taking forever for our daughter to pee the first time on the potty - I resorted to making up a song (complete with Mommy singing the majority of the song, marching around the room and our daughter responding with the last word) to relax her/occupy her while we waited. I plan to use it again with our son - he's heard it a few times & thinks its funny because our daughter still wants to sing it occasionally. ("When we have to pee-pee, we go to the potty, because we like dry pants and wet pants are icky" - The poo-poo verse says messy pants are icky).
Anyway, I'm in prep mode today - the plan is to start tomorrow. Will contact you if I have any further questions.
Thanks.
Jill

Hi Narmin -
I'm happy to say that our 2Year-3month old son is potty trained. He gets it and we're pleased and relieved to not have to change diapers.
You had asked that I give you some feedback regarding your products that we purchased. Potty Scotty definitely made the difference for us. By the end of the first day, our son was taking Scotty to the potty and doing all the steps.
One of the funnies that came out of the process was that our son would say "squeeze my leg" when he sat on the potty! Definitely understood cause and effect. I hope others have all the luck that we did!
Sincerely,
Pamela Lietz

Praise for your Program!
Your program is just WONDERFUL! Before we purchased it, our three year old son would have nothing to do with the potty. If we put him on it he would literally scream. I was skeptical to say the least that your program would train him in one day.
The "big day" was a frustrating one. It seemed that it wasn't going to work. Then by day's end he was going on the potty and no more diapers ever since.
We've had a few accidents since the big day, but they get less frequent with each day and somedays he doesn't have any! I can't tell you how pleased we were with your program. I have recommended you to every parent that I know!
Thanks so much!

To whom it concerns;
I am a Child Development Specialist/Early Interventionist. I want to commend you for providing parents with the Typical Timetable or Stage/Stages for Child Development...
My suggestion is to add a notation that parents be aware that all children, especially children with developmental delays, do not always fit the charts for children with no delays. If a parent goes to your website, they should be encouraged to look at the chart based on their child's developmental skills level, not the chronological age. This would help early interventionists who work with children based on their developmental age. Eventhough we emphasize this to parents, they still want their child to be "normal".
Also, a suggestion to try to develop a potty training doll that uses a wheelchair. It is such a shame on the industry to not address children with different abilities such as in wheelchairs, using braces/walking canes, etc. It is totally different for them and their parents to address potty training needs. It takes more time to process and more time to get to the potty.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. We, as early interventionists, struggle with this all the time.
Sincerely,
Carol McCullough

Dear Narmin,
I recieved the new bottle and it solved the problem of Scotty sitting to go pee pee. The other bottle was half the size and water would come out of his mouth when we fed him so I thought he was full. He is now working perfectly.
Kyle loves the doll so much, he takes him for walks in his stroller. Scotty helps him to feel like a real big boy in so many ways. Thanks for the input on night time wetting. I did go to pull ups at night and I didn't make a big issue of them. I called them underwear and reminded him to try and keep them dry. The other night he was dry in the morning and this morning he was wet, but still went potty this morning and we put underwear on right away. I suppose this is what we'll do for a while. I have told all my friends and family about the doll - most of their children are a bit younger and not ready for potty training yet. They were very interested in using the doll when it is time.

Dear Narmin Parpia,
We received the Potty Scotty doll on Friday and decided to wait until Sunday for our Big Day. We had a problem with Scotty's tube in his leg, but my husband was able to straighten the tube out and all was well. Devin is really fond of the doll and that made our Big Day alot easier. The fact that we are going to have a baby in March made us hesitate but we knew that it was time for Devin to try. Also the doll has been great because Devin talks about his upcoming sister and how he can help take care of her. Wow two birds with one stone. We were all at the end of our rope with potty training, but this program made life much easier. Today is Wednesday Devin has had only three accidents and is more confident than ever. I really appriciate help in this area of child development. We first heard about your product on Dr. Phil. My mother feels that if Dr. Phil believes in it then it must be good. So we gave it a try and are very happy. The web site was very easy to use. The only other products that might have helped would have been trainig videos by Barney-Sesame Street Characters-The Wiggles or any other person that a small child adores. I feel that these prior to the Big Day would help prepare the child.
Thanks again.

Hello,
I thought your web site included everything a parent needs to help potty train their child. I have a 2 year old boy who we have been trying to potty train but it is hard as we both work so there is not much time left in the evening after dinner, bath etc to concentrate on this task. I had caught a few moments of Dr.Phil's primetime show after my son went to sleep and saw the doll & the method...so I figured it was worth a shot and sounded like a great idea. Now when we get the doll we can work on it with a great visual and teaching aid.
Can't wait to receive it and really get to work!
Thanks.

Hi,
I just wanted to thank you for Potty Scotty and for your training manual. With 3 serious days of training and 3 more reinforcement days, my son is fully potty trained! It took a lot of work and was wearing on both of us, but he soon realized it was easier to go on the potty than practice 9 times after he had an accident! He still gets plenty of hugs and stickers and is very proud of himself!

Hi there
I thought I would give you some brief feedback on Scotty Potty and let you know how I am using it. I am a teacher of a little deafblind boy who needs to learn more about toilet training. We are using Scotty potty to teach him what you are supposed to do on the potty and 'how everything works.' I also needed an anatomically correct doll for this little boy.
I would have loved to have found a doll that also 'poops' somehow, but those don't seem to exist. I found your product on the web under a google search.
I would love it if your dolls could drink in some other manner than a bottle. Most children that I know are often not drinking out of bottles when they toilet train, but from sippy cups. I did not show my student the bottle at all since he does not drink from a bottle and would not understand the connection between the bottle and his cup.
My student needs lots of practice with learning new things, and I really hope the doll will help us teach him how to go to the bathroom on the toilet. I will let you know when we have success.
Regards Kim

Hello Narmin,
We have a home childcare with 12 children, most of which are toddlers. We ordered the Potty Scotty for the Boys and the Potty Patty for the girls. We received the products in good condition. The children love them and practiced feeding the dolls their bottles and then making them pee for several hours. The dolls are difficult to give water to without drenching their shirts. We just stripped the dolls to their underwear and that seems to be o.k.. We have potty trained many toddlers throughout the years, however we have one girl who is very difficult. She will be 3 in a few weeks. She will sit on the potty a lot throughout the day but never urinate or has a BM in it. Then after she has pulled up her clothes she pees a few minutes later and then goes to her cubby and changes her clothes. We will see if this has an effect on her.
Sincerely Janet

Dear Narmin Parpia,
First and foremost, I'd like to greet you and your family a wonderful day. I just want to tell you that the potty training kit I bought for my son is working really well. He's excited everytime he goes potty and so proud of himself what he created. Me and my husband are just happy and so proud of him since he's going to school by September and being potty trained is one of the requirements.
So I just want to thank you for the help.
Sincerely,

DEAR POTTY TRAINING CONCEPTS:
WE LOVE YOUR TRAINING IN ONE DAY PROGRAM. WE COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT IT ACTUALLY WORKS SO FAST. MY SON WAS IN DIAPERS ON SAT AND WE HAVE BEEN ACCIDENT FREE FOR 2 DAYS NOW. THE ONLY DOWN FALL THAT WE ENCOUNTERED WAS OUR SON COULDN'T MAKE THE CONNECTION ABOUT POOPING IN THE POTTY. HE WOULD LITERALLY POOP IN HIS TRAINING PANTS, TAKE THEM OFF AND RUN TO THE POTTY TO PEE. HE MADE THE CONNECTION IMMEDIATELY WITH THE DOLL AND PEEING IN THE POTTY, BUT AS YOU KNOW POTTY SCOTTY DOESN'T POOP. SO MY HUSBAND IMPROVISED. HE CHEWED UP A CHOCOLATE BAR AND PUT IT IN SCOTTY'S PANTS AND WE PROCEEDED JUST LIKE WE DID FOR THE PEE. MY SON MADE THE CONNECTION IMMEDIATELY. ALSO I DID HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE TRAINING PROGRAM THAT I COULDN'T FIND IN THE BOOK. I KNOW THAT WHEN YOUR CHILD IS DOING HIS PRACTICE RUNS, HE IS SUPPOSE TO ONLY SIT ON THE POTTY FOR A COUPLE SECONDS AND CONTINUE UNTIL ALL 9 ARE COMPLETED. BUT WHAT HAPPENS IF HE PEES WHEN HE IS SITTING THERE FOR THOSE COUPLE SECONDS?
DO YOU REWARD HIM FOR THE DESIRED BEHAVIOR OR NOT? HE IS ON THE TOILET BECAUSE HE HAD AN ACCIDENT WHICH YOU DON'T WANT TO REWARD HIM FOR BUT YOU DID GET THE DESIRED BEHAVIOR THAT YOU WANTED. I ALSO FORGOT TO TELL YOU THAT HE HAS NEVER PEED IN HIS BED DURING A NAP OR AT NIGHT. WE HAVE TO ADMIT ONE DAY AFTER TRAINING WE WONDERED IF THIS WAS REALLY WORKING BUT NOW WE HAVE NO DOUBTS.
THANK YOU

Your website was great. Very colorful and it attracted my attention as well as met my needs. I was doing a search for "dolls that wet" when i came accross your website. I plan on following "Potty Train your child in a day" from the book that i read. Your package best met those needs. The baby being able to "tinkle on demand" was neccessary instead of the one that goes automatically. My children are 12, 10 and 2. Thought i'd try something different this time around.
Thanks, Sue Elsner

Narmin,
I first saw the doll on ebay, then i decided to go to the web site and find out more about the doll. I also saw the dr phil show on potty traing. iI thought it was a very good idea to use a doll to help with the potty traing process. So since i saw the show i have been searching for the perfect doll. I didn't have any luck, untill i found your dolls. it was also very hard to find a anotomically correct boy doll . if i did find one, he didn't wet. I was also very surprised about the price of the doll ( in a good way ). I expected to pay alot more for the doll. I am going to tell my friend who is trying to potty train her daughter about the doll. I want to thank you for comming up with such a good idea. I havent recived my doll yet , but i think it will help my son out alot. I hoped my input has helped you.
sincerly,

NARMIN,
YOUR DOLL WAS ALITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE OTHER AQUINI BOY DOLLS I WAS LOOKING AT. BUT THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK TILL SUMMER. ALTHOUGH I LIKED THAT YOUR DOLL CAN "HOLD" THE WATER INSTEAD OF COMING RIGHT OUT. I ALSO LIKED THAT IT COULD "GO" STANDING UP. THANK YOU FOR SHIPPING OUT SO QUICKLY. YOUR WEBSITE WAS VERY NICE AND EASY TO NAVIGATE. I AM ANTICIPATING A DOLL THAT CAN HELP WITH POTTY TRAINING FOR MY 2 SONS. CAN IT GO IN THE BATHTUB TOO?
THANK YOU

This process actually went very well, better than I had anticipated, actually. And, basically, it only took a day. I believe that the doll helped significantly, but the clincher was the 9 trips for the accidents. I do not recall first "outings" as a part of the pamphlet, which would have been helpful. Also, something that worked very well for us: while we were doing an activity, such as playing with trains, or watching a show, we would ask our son, "Braden, if you have to pee while we are playing with the trains, (or watching the show, etc.), where do you go?" Instead of asking if he had to go pee all the time. He would always answer, "To the potty." And we all knew the desired behavior. Thanks for all the help. Worth every penny!

Dear Narmin:
I'm so glad I came across your web site and decided to order the Potty Scotty doll. I found you on e-bay and decided to bid on a doll. When the doll arrived, I was anxious to see how he worked so I unpacked him and fed him a bottle. Then I called my son into watch Scotty pee in the potty. My son immediately moved the doll over, pulled his pants down, and peed in the potty himself! I couldn't believe. it.
We scheduled the Big Day of training on a weekday when we had no where to go. I transferred my phone calls so I wouldn't be disturbed. I was dreading spending hours with my son in the bathroom doing the training. He's so full of energy I thought he'd be climbing the walls and fighting me. When the Big Day arrived, we ended up having so much fun. It was great to spend that much quality time with him with no other distractoions. We both enjoyed the day very much. When he would have an accident and we did the practice runs, he would laugh and get a kick out us running through the house together. Then, came day two. Not so much fun! My son never initiated going to the otty on his own, and had numerous accidents. He started throwing a fit everytime we'd dothe practice runs. I just stuck with it and made him do them anyways. By the third day, he was initiating going potty on his own and only had one or two accidents all day. Within a week, he was at 95% trained!
I can't believe how quickly he learned. The doll and the pamphlet you sent me were lifesavers. It's a lot of work for a couple of days, but it was well worth it. The best part of the whole experience has been the support you have provided me daily via e-mail. You're stories and on-going advice and support reassured me through the process. I know how busy you must be and I really appreciate all the chats we've had via e-mail.
I will be spreading the word about your products and web site!
Thanks again,

Narmin,
It's great to see someone committed to true customer service. Not only do you care, but you also wish to find ways to improve everything you do. I think that alone will get you many customers.
As to the product, the only reason we purchased the kit versus the complete program is that we had already purchased a potty. I'm guessing that we will be ordering the potty seat from you soon.
In addition to the anatomically correct boy doll, which we feel was important, we feel the information in the booklet alone was worth the money we paid. We had already purchased a Fisher Price girl doll that we were going to dress as a boy, but we were uncomfortable with the fact that there wasn't a boy doll available, until we found yours. Most of the other dolls we saw also had no hair, like a much younger baby would have. Your doll looks more like a 2 year old would. My only recommendation would be to add more types of "looks." A red-headed doll, brown hair, black hair, different skin tones, etc. Some parents would think that is important.
As we progress thru the process we will offer more feedback, but we are very happy with our purchase. Thank you for supplying a great product.
Regards,
Perry Rintye
