Thank you for the opportunity to give you feedback.

Your courtesy and flexibility in meeting precisely what I wanted to purchase is great customer service. That you were willing to offer the website of your competitors in the belief that you would be giving me best service is something I have seldom had happen.

It was helpful that you offered several ways to pay for a purchase.

I'm looking forward to Scotty arriving at my house: who knows? Ruby Grandchild is visiting on Monday: perhaps Scotty will come while she is there, and then she can have the delight of opening the package!
