Love Scotty, need assistance with potty training.

Hi Narmin-  I received the Scotty today and so far he seems to be working perfectly! :-) I will send the other back (in the same box) tomorrow. Thanks again for your AWESOME customer service, you have gone above and beyond what most people would do!And it is very much appreciated.  

I do have one more potty training question for you :-) I am still having no luck getting Zach to tell me when he needs to go potty. I had been taking him every 1 1/2 to 2 hrs without his prompting. Then yesterday & today I didn't, in hopes that he would tell me he had to go.  Yesterday he jumped up and said "Mommy!" but ran to his room not the bathroom and by the time I got him to the potty he had already wet his pants, but finished on the potty. We did the "practice" runs with much grumbling about it. Then today he just stood in front of me and wet himself with no warning at all. We again did the practices, with me taking him to different rooms and saying "Ok, Zach's playing in his room and he feels like he has to go pee pee. What does he do?" And he tells me "Mommy I have to go pee pee and poo poo." Then we run to the potty etc... Any other suggestions? Or maybe it's just going to take him a while to figure it out? Do you think I should keep taking him when I think he has to go or let him keep wetting himself?
