Best Tips from Customer Service

Hi, I just want to post my opinion of this company.

They truly are the best! If you have a potty training problem they REALLY help!

After over a year and a half of training, problems galore, and applying advice from many other books, ebooks and sites (which all failed) I came across Potty Training Concepts. They saved the ... day, and my sanity.

Within a few weeks of help from their Customer Service people my son was finally trained! Now getting ready for child number two to be trained, I'm going straight to PTC!
