Prompt and Effective Customer Service

I just wanted to let you know that I am very impressed by the prompt and effective customer service that I received today.

It is so nice to work with a company that stands behind it's products and will correct any issues that the customer has in such a professional and effective manner.

I will be sure to spread the word to all my friends (and I have a LOT with toddlers or who are currently pregnant) about your company.

Thank you again and I would like to say that I look forward to using the Potty Patty doll but honestly, I can't say that I'm really looking forward to potty training. ;-)
