We have TWO types of potty product reviews.
Type 1: EMAIL Reviews.
These review are posted on our customer reviews of Potty Training Concepts products. We update these page every few months and post all the emails that we have received. |
Type 2: Individual Product Reviews.
A few months ago, we added Customer Reviews at a product level, so if you want to see the review for a specific product - go to that specific page and scroll down to see all the reviews for that specific product.

Our goal is to provide you with the best customer service that we can. We do so by clearly stating our Customer Care policies, including our shipping and return policies.
We are also committed to being available on the phone. Our office hours are Monday to Friday - 9am to 3pm CST. The only reason you may not get us on the phone is because we are on the line with another customer or occasionally we do step away from our desks to go to the bathroom, get coffee, participate in company team meetings etc. |
