Promotion Overview. Like Potty Training Concepts on Facebook. Once you are a liked us, post "Enter me in the (that month’s) GIVEAWAY" on our wall. That's it you are entered!! Want to increase your chances of winning? Refer your friends to enter. Have your friends like us and then post "Enter me into the contest, I was referred by Your Name". For every person you refer, you will get an additional entry. If you refer 5 people, then your name will be entered 6 times! We will take all the names that have written "Enter me in the GIVEAWAY" on our wall and select one winner to receive that month’s price. We must have at least 15 entries a month for the giveaway to be valid. No purchase required. Purchases won't increase your chance of winning. Entries become the property of PottyTrainingConcepts.com ("PottyTrainingConcepts.com," also referred to as "we" or "us"). The promotion will run monthly. We reserve the right to change or cancel the promotion at any time, at our sole discretion.

Shipping. All giveaways include free ground shipping for continental USA only. We will ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Free promotional shipping offer cannot be combined with any other offer and/or discount codes. Anyone in the world can enter, but international shipping costs and custom charges associated with the prize, are to be the winner's responsibility if we determine it is not commercially reasonable. We reserve the right to discontinue this offer at anytime without notice.

Drawings. Once every Month, we conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries. We announce the winner as soon as commercially reasonable thereafter. Our decisions are final. Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries we receive. We notify the potential winner by Facebook Message and posting a message on Potty Training Concepts's Facebook Wall. If you do not allow yourself to receive messages, we are not responsible for contacting. 

Prizes. The monthly winner will receive merchandise with a value up to $200.00 from PottyTrainingConcepts.com. Winners may be required to complete a declaration of eligibility and a publicity release before receiving the prize. Winners are responsible for paying all income and other taxes associated with the prize, if any. We may substitute another prize at our discretion.

By participating, entrants agree that we and our agents are not liable for any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from entry, participation, acceptance of prize, or redemption of prize. We are not responsible for typographical errors and for misdirected or incomplete entries. We are not responsible for problems with telephone lines, computer systems or equipment, failure of email, or problems with the Internet or your connection to it. We reserve the right to void any entries and/or to change the promotion. Hardware problems, software problems, network difficulties, or events beyond our control may affect the fairness of the promotion or our ability to conduct the promotion, in which case we reserve the right in our sole discretion to cancel, suspend, or change the promotion. The laws of the State of Texas shall govern this promotion and the federal and state courts of the State of Texas shall have sole jurisdiction and venue in those courts; entry into the promotion waives all objections to jurisdiction and venue and constitutes submission to their jurisdiction.
