We know how traveling can be, especially with a toddler who is potty training! Here are some great tips and tricks on how to help your car rides, plane rides and train rides go smoothly even during potty training! First you want to be prepared! Here are some recommend travel potty training products you need to have while traveling are: travel potty chair, potty chair liners, car seat liners, wipes, folding potty seat, antibacterial wipes,and extra clothes.

I would strongly recommend where-ever you are traveling to get a travel potty chair. These are great because you can set them up almost anywhere! Please make sure you take into consideration the different sizes we offer. Some are large, like the Travel Potty Chair by Cool Gear. This chair is generally used on car trips. But, some travel potty chairs are small and can easily fit in a medium sized purse or anything larger (like a diaper bag or suitcase). Car rides can be overwhelming for some parents because if you child has an accident, you will have no way of changing their car seat cover out! That's why I recommend a car seat liner. Another essential to have is a folding potty seat. These folding seats will transform any adult size toilet into a child's size one! Flush able wipes are great when transitioning from baby wipes and diapers, to toilet paper and the potty. These can be used for both boys and girls. The antibacterial wipes can be used to wipe down hands, potty chairs and potty seats.

Lastly, make sure you pack extra clothes! In a worse case scenario, your child doesn't make it to the potty, you want to clean them up. Put don't just pack undies, pants and t-shirts; you want to also include socks and shoes.
