At Potty Training Concepts, our privacy statement is very simple. We will not share you personal information with anyone. All the personal information you give us is kept in our strictest confidence and will only be used to contact you to process your order or to ask/answer questions about our site and our products.

Not only do we want to provide you with a safe and secure on-line shopping experience, hopefully, it is a lot more convenient, without all the crowds and is open when you are ready to shop!!.

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the credit card information that you send over the Internet. We bank with Wells Fargo and our credit card transactions are processed by Authorize.net - the leader in payment processing.

If you do not want to use a credit card on-line, you may email us at orders@pottytrainingconcepts.com with your order and we will call you to get your credit card information. Or you can also mail us your order to us with a check or money order.
