![]() | HOW DO I KNOW IF MY TOILET SEAT IS ROUND OR ELONGATED? To determine if your toilet is round-front or elongated, measure the distance between the center of the bolt holes (which connects the seat to the bowl) to the front rim of the toilet. If it measures approximately 16 ???", your toilet is a round-front. If it measures approximately 18 ???", it is an elongated model.

Love it! (4/24/2009)
Reviewer: Stacey (Lunenburg, MA)
I just got our flip and flush today and I love it. Putting the actual seat onto the bracket once the bracket was installed was kind of tough, but I got it on there. My only complaint is that the regular toilet seat doesn't stay up for adult men's use...other than that, the flip and flush stays up when it needs to be up, the lid closes all the way down, and my daughter loves it!

Great Potty Seat (3/14/2009)
Reviewer: NECat90 (Lincoln, NE)
We went through several different potty seats and this one was by far the best. We liked the one we had so much we bought a second. It is easy for my son to use and the lip on the front is high enough to catch spray but not so high that it get in the way when he wants to get on or off. My ONLY complaint is the lid won't stay up on its own with the seat installed ... otherwise we love this product.

Perfect Companion to the Potty Trainer (2/12/2009)

This seat is great! It allows my son to feel comfortable on the potty and not like he is going to fall in. It is also very convenient for the adults to use and is easy to wipe clean. I highly recommend this seat!

I Would Rate It Lower If I Could (1/6/2009)
Reviewer: J A Hynek
I bought 2 of these so that I could have one in each of the bathrooms nearest where my son plays and sleeps. They just do not fit our toilet seats. Once installed they do not stay up for easy use of the adult seat and you can not lower the toilet lid at all, which makes cleaning a real pain. In addition, when my 2 year old son seats on it to go pee, the splatter guard is inadequate to prevent pee from going all over the seat rather than into the toilet. The he has to sit so far back on this seat to prevent this problem that there is no way he can poop through the hole. The opening is just too small for a 2 year old boy. I wish I could return my purchase and get my money back.

Fantastic (1/1/2009)

I have a 2 year old boy AND a home daycare... this seat is perfect for almost every kid. As soon as they are tall enough to get up onto the toilet themselves, this product is great. (when they are still short, I have the kids use the potty chair, so they are more comfortable and independant) There is no slipping like with traditional toilet potty seats. My son can flip it down and use the toilet all on his own. I don't have to "set it up" for him like his old ones. Very easy and hygienic too. No gross padded seat to get germy and stinky.

Does what it is supposed to (11/29/2008)

We got a flip n flush because we have only one bathroom, quite small, and we don't have anywhere conveniently near the toilet to store a lift-off toilet seat. (I guess I'm afraid adult men will "splash" it if it is leaning against the base of the toilet, or that toilet liquids will drip from a removable seat to my floor. Either way--unhygienic.)
We had a padded toilet seat before. It was possible to put install the flip n flush with the padded seat--though NOT recommended--but it was a little too thick and the base of the flip n flush cut little dents into the padded seat.
We bought a new, flat/hard (traditional type) seat, and the flip n flush fits much better. The new seat has weird screws that are hard to tighten properly, but that isn't anything related to the flip n flush.
