Using the Mac & Cool quick cooling dish is as simple as 1-2-3.
1) FILL IT - Remove the plastic screw cap and pour 1 cup of water into opening. Replace cap.
2) FREEZE IT - Place Mac & Cool disk flat in freezer until water is frozen (approx. 3-4 hours). Store in freezer so it's ready whenever you serve hot food.
3) USE IT - Place hot food into frozen Mac & Cool dish and let stand (or stir for even faster cooling). Once food is cooled, transfer food to child's plate.
I love the Mac & Cool and my 2 kids do too! At first, I was unsure whether we really needed the Mac & Cool, but because the price was right and because my daughter requests mac & cheese on a daily basis, I decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did! Not only do we use it for macaroni (it really does cool it to the perfect temp!), but I've found other uses as well- cooling spaghetti, soup, & oatmeal, as well as keeping my son's ice cream cold. Great invention! I highly recommend this product!
