Love the idea and it helped, but the watch lasted only a week. The owner of the company was very apologetic and replaced the watch for me and explained they are working on a new design.

GREAT WATCH...if it worked consistently, 6.1.2009

This watch did the trick. My son was now excited about going to the potty every 30 minutes.
Works great when it works. After 4 days it ran out of battery. I bought new batteries that last only for a day.
The watch needs to be reset a lot by taking out the battery and put them back in. 2 days later...need more batteries.
By the way, the batteries cost more than the watch itself. Buy the timex potty watch instead.

Alexandra adores the Potty Watch. Getting her to go to the toilet consistently was always a trial, and with two older brothers to keep track of, it was hard for me to remember to remind her.
The Potty Watch reminded both of us when it was time to try, and gave her the confidence she needed to finish the job and practically train herself.

    Potty Training Timer , 2.12.2009

I tried everything with my 3 year old but she would not show any interest in potty training until a former college roommate told me about the Potty Watch. This cute little timer fits on her wrist and plays a song with flashing lights and automatically repeats every 30 60 or 90 minutes.
Brynn was soon telling ME it when it was "Potty Time" and sang the potty time song lyrics that came in the package. It actually made the experience fun for both of us, and with consistent trips to the potty she soon gained the confidence to practically train herself.
At just $10 this was the best bargain I have found in a long time!

Watch quality doesn't look that great. I was semi pleased the first day. By the second day the watch had stopped working. I don't see any instructions on how to changed the battery or what type it needs.

I ordered 2 watches. One had a bad battery and stopped working after 15 minutes. The other is still working but sounds awful. The concept is great - and my daughter runs to the potty when the alarm goes off. But the way it sounds, the battery will probably stop working in about a day or so.
Potty Training Concepts Response: We replace, with no cost to the customer, all defective products. The watch batteries will only last for so long, the more frequent the music/alarm is set off, the shorter the life on it is. They are easily replaceable with a standard watch battery.
