I just wanted to say thank you for being so up front with me on my order and keeping me posted.  I have never had anyone that I have shopped with online, keep me informed on a back order.  I have not had to once fuss and complain to keep ya'll in check.

Thanx so much and just to let you know I have already spread the word about ya'll to all my 'potty-ing friends' mothers...

thanx again

I am very impressed by your potty training selections. Thank you thank you for having the particular folding potty seat that I wanted. Every store I tried had discontinued it, but it's just perfect for my 3 1/2 year old when we go on long car trips. Thanks!

I did find everything. Thank you.  I found the site full of neat products as well as being user friendly.

Will my order be sent out today?  I am really in need of it quickly.  I wasted time using other methods connected with other products which do not work and now am in a time crunch.  Help.

Thanks so much I would really appreciate it.

Hello. I ordered from you recently and was very happy about what I received and how quickly it came, so I'm ordering more. My daughter loves this underwear and I thought I should get extra pairs for when she grows out of the small ones. The learning recourses on the site are excellent as well. I'm in the midst of training my 2.9 year old daughter and it's going well. No pull-ups or anything, just taking her cues. I appreciate your site and advice.

I'll order again if I find something else I need.

Thanks!

Narmin,

Thank you so much for your time and assistance!

The Potty Training Concepts website is comprehensive and helpful--it contains the type of information needed for parents who are contemplating potty training.  Based on my research, no other website provides the type of information and insight that this website provides.  For example, some websites might address the one-day-method of potty training from a scientific perspective that is very process oriented; however, these websites do not offer holistic information that connects the physiological, emotional, and cognitive relationships that exist in a child as he/she becomes ready for potty training and during the potty-training process.

The website also addresses the concerns of parents, which validated the overwhelming feelings and frustration that I have experienced in simply become prepared for potty training.  For example, the BLOG shared with me the questions and concerns of other parents.  Although the issues of these parents may not be identical to the ones that I have (at this time at least), they demonstrated that I am not the only parent who has needed help; as a result, I feel a little more "normal" and less like a complete doofus when it comes to potty training my toddler.

Most importantly, your kindness and support made all the difference.  When I needed direction and had no where to turn for credible advice, you were there.  Your willingness to talk on the telephone with me (and the initial phone-tag game that we played) demonstrates your commitment to providing the best possible services to customers and to helping people in general.  I never felt as if I needed to "buy something" in order to solicit your assistance; you were simply there--approachable, empathetic, and honest.

I am very excited about the delivery of Her Majesty's potty chair and am looking forward to Wednesday, the scheduled day of delivery.  Once the chair has been assembled and in place for a week or two, I will e-mail you how big of a success it has been in terms of its size, stability, and so on.  I'll also let you know how my toddler responds to her new potty--I think she will love it!

Thank you for everything!

Best wishes now and always.

Warmly,

Tammy

Narmin,

So far love the product and info that comes with it. Just have a few questions that I can not seem to find answers to on your site. Advice section alittle hard to find answers to everyones questions. If I could find the answers I probably wouldn't be writing this email.

Our big day is Sat 8/20 and I'm not sure if I should let my son play with potty scott before this day. Next is my son goes potty on the big toliet as a for fun thing or when he wants to get out of doing something else. We have never offially potty trained its just something he does. My question is can I just use the potty seat on the big potty for our training party or is it best to use the potty chair? My son is alittle over 2 1/2 years old. I really think this concept will work for him. I just want to get it right the first time. (See our BLOG for a response to this question)

Thank You for Your Time,

Jacki

I very much enjoyed reading and shopping on your website. You may have listed this, and I didn't find it, but it might be nice to include a list of reference books on the different methods of training.

(My response regarding the reference books: I am working on the list of books for the training method - in fact I am writing a book on potty training in one day and that information is part of the book.)

This is the best website I have found for potty training gear and information, bar none. I especially appreciate the potting training dolls you offer - I have been looking for these for quite awhile.

Thank you,

Jennifer

Yes, I found what I was looking for an more! I wanted a boy "potty doll"
that looked like a toddler, not a baby.
I was impressed with your whole "package deal", and decided it was more affordable to buy it all together like that. One thing I was a little disapointed in was that your site was out of "Mom Invention" potties in both colors. It would be helpful if the site indicated how long it is expected to be until they are back in stock.

Thanks,
Emily

I think you have a great selection of things not available in stores.  I also like that the cost for your products are very reasonable.  I did not find to may websites with the items I needed.

Thanks

Monica

Hello Narmin,

I love your website.  It is informative, easy to use, and just what I needed to find all incentives I can for Michael Paul to have a positive experience with potty training!  I can't wait to receive the potty doll.  I think it will help a great deal.  I look forward to purchasing more "big boy" pants and the targets.when MPJ is ready for target practice.   Thanks so much!

Sincerely,

Kelly Verret

I would like to tell you that I really enjoy the website.  I had been looking all over for potty training pants for my daughter, and was having a VERY hard time finding them in her size (size 2).  She is going to be 2 years old in september, and has shown a great interest in potty training.  Thank you for your help, and informative site.

I was very happy to find your website since we were getting ready to travel early in our potty training process and wanted something to help us with all the bathrooms we'll encounter along the way. The material and information was helpful and we found what we wanted. Thanks!

Dear Narmin,

Thank you for the opportunity to give you feedback.

Your courtesy and flexibility in meeting precisely what I wanted to purchase is great customer service. That you were willing to offer the website of your competitors in the belief that you would be giving me best service is something I have seldom had happen.

It was helpful that you offered several ways to pay for a purchase.

I'm looking forward to Scotty arriving at my house: who knows? Ruby Grandchild is visiting on Monday: perhaps Scotty will come while she is there, and then she can have the delight of opening the package!

Yours, (the Rev.) Mary Goshert

Hi Narmin-  I received the Scotty today and so far he seems to be working perfectly! :-) I will send the other back (in the same box) tomorrow. Thanks again for your AWESOME customer service, you have gone above and beyond what most people would do!  And it is very much appreciated.

I do have one more potty training question for you :-) I am still having no luck getting Zach to tell me when he needs to go potty. I had been taking him every 1 1/2 to 2 hrs without his prompting. Then yesterday & today I didn't, in hopes that he would tell me he had to go.  Yesterday he jumped up and said "Mommy!" but ran to his room not the bathroom and by the time I got him to the potty he had already wet his pants, but finished on the potty. We did the "practice" runs with much grumbling about it. Then today he just stood in front of me and wet himself with no warning at all. We again did the practices, with me taking him to different rooms and saying "Ok, Zach's playing in his room and he feels like he has to go pee pee. What does he do?" And he tells me "Mommy I have to go pee pee and poo poo." Then we run to the potty etc... Any other suggestions? Or maybe it's just going to take him a while to figure it out? Do you think I should keep taking him when I think he has to go or let him keep wetting himself?

Thanks very much for your input!!

Narmin,

It's great to see someone committed to true customer service. Not only do you care, but you also wish to find ways to improve everything you do. I think that alone will get you many customers.

As to the product, the only reason we purchased the kit versus the complete program is that we had already purchased a potty. I'm guessing that we will be ordering the potty seat from you soon.

In addition to the anatomically correct boy doll, which we feel was important, we feel the information in the booklet alone was worth the money we paid. We had already purchased a Fisher Price girl doll that we were going to dress as a boy, but we were uncomfortable with the fact that there wasn't a boy doll available, until we found yours. Most of the other dolls we saw also had no hair, like a much younger baby would have. Your doll looks more like a 2 year old would.  My only recommendation would be to add more types of "looks." A red-headed doll, brown hair, black hair, different skin tones, etc. Some parents would think that is important.

As we progress thru the process we will offer more feedback, but we are very happy with our purchase.

Thank you for supplying a great product.

egards,

Perry Rintye
