My son was actually super into the look of these training pants because he does not want to give up diapers and he thought these looked like diapers. They held in the moisture really well and my son did inform me that he had wet his pants, but they did not last in our dryer. It says to tumble dry low, but still melted. I prefer the PottyScotty brand...waterproof and can go in the dryer on high with out danger of melting :)

I ordered the size 3T because the weight chart for this size starts at 30 lbs. They are huge on my daughters. They both weigh about 30 lbs. I will have to order the 2T and hopefully they will fit and not be to small. I think that it would be nicer to have a material that is still waterproof but more breathable. My girls were sweating in these.

Worst I have ever used! (1/29/2011)

I ordered 3 types of training pants to see which kind worked best for us. These are by far the absolute worst of the 3. They leak horribly, the leg holes are so pokey and scratchy I felt bad even putting them on my daughter, they are extremely loud and when i put them in the dryer the plastic melted and tore. I followed the washing instructions exactly. I do not recommend these for anyone. Spend a little extra and get the Potty Patty or the Bummis.

Work well, watch the dryer! (11/9/2009)

I ordered these pants for my 4 year old, who normally would SOAK the bed, I was tired of changing sheets, THESE WORK FOR ME, I have not had to change the sheets, maybe it's not a guarantee for all, however; my son used to SOAK the bed! Careful with the dryer, too hot or long and it ruins them completely!!!

I really like these and just ordered more for my son. There are some things to watch out for, though. When my son has an accident in these, it's pretty much guaranteed it will go through to his pants. So, we are careful about where and when we use them, and always have an extra pair of pants with us. They do not completely "contain" the accident, as the description says. We are just dealing with this as part of potty training. Also, if you have a problem with clothes getting stuck in your dryer, in between the edge and the rims that run up and down the barrel, I would not recommend putting them in the dryer, because ours have gotten rust stains on them and tiny little tears in the outer vinyl. But, they seem comfortable, are plenty soft, and squish down well underneath tight clothes (they are pretty poofy underneath baggy clothes). Best price too.
