Frustrated Mom (Unregistered Guest)

My son began using the potty consistently two months ago, right on his third birthday. However since then he has decided he doesn't want to wash his hands after going potty. He's gotten to the point where he resists going potty because he doesn't want to wash afterwards. We've tried the fun foamy soap, a step stool, special hand towels, everything I can think of. Any suggestions from anyone out there?
