Our little girl is a true munchkin.. she's 4 years old and only 20 pounds (because of a genetic dwarfism syndrome). We're struggling with potty training because we can't find training underwear to fit her small frame. The smallest I've found at Walmart is for 18-month olds, with a minimum weight of 29 pounds. These fit OVER her regular size 3 diapers and still have some room to spare.
I'd love to find some manufactured panties in the 6-12 month size, but I have yet to see any. My next option is to try to modify the 18-month panties. Do you have any advice? Have any of you seen SMALL training pants?
