My daughter is a little over 3. I'm trying so hard not to get frustrated, but I'll admit this is not easy. She was a preemie and has tended to be a late bloomer with most big milestones (she didn't walk till almost 19 months). She shows all signs that she is ready....tells me when she poops, talks about it.
She has always shown excitement for the potty, and will sit on it day after day....but doesn't do anything. I think in the last few months she has peed 3 times.... I've bought ever potty book, video, doll...I've done the hands in warm water, sticker rewards. I am going to try the plastic pants next.
Does anyone have any advise....I'm just really hoping I see some progress soon. |
