We just started potty training our daughter a week ago...she is peeing on the potty all the time with little to no accidents. My problem is with pooping...she will not go on the potty and she will not go in a diaper or pull up. She clenches her butt cheeks together and rocks back and forth until the feeling passes. I have been giving her pear juice and encouraging her to go in her potty or her diaper/pull up but she just screams and cries. Since she is holding it, it is not soft like it should be and it is painful for her. What are some tips that might make her more willing to go and why would she do this?? It is driving me crazy. |
