Hello, my name is Sean. I am a father of 4 children. We are in the process of potty training my son who is now 4 (just turned). He goes number 1 all the time in the toilet. However, we are having a severe problem with him going number 2 in the toilet. HE JUST WONT DO IT. We've tried rewards for when he does, being nice, being firm, everything. He just sits there and screams and screams. At night time since he still has problems wetting we put training pants on him. He wakes up in the morning and with no aveil, he does number 2 in the training pants as well. We've let him sleep in underwear to prevent him from doing that and just clean up when needed, but he winds up holding his poop for days on end. We are at our witts end. Any advice? |
