My 3 1/2 yr old daughter has been potty trained for over a year. We don't have accidents w/ poop, she stays dry for nap, and is dry at night most of the time. However, she pees in her pants 2-5 times a day. Even when I ask her to go, she will lie and say she went or refuse and pee her pants. I've had her checked for an infection. I'm thinking it's a control issue, but don't know what to do. I've tried empathy and consequences. I've tried rewards for each time pottying and for a dry day. Nothing seems to work. I'd enjoy some advice. |
