we are about to start training our very advanced 18 month old. we have one little question? when she goes in the potty (which she has several times already) we should tell her to wipe her.......??? that is the question. we aren't sure what we should call that part of her body during this process. feel free to email. sorry about the repeat, forgot to put my name

Mike,

Don't be so nervous! Just pick a name that is comfortable for you and your family and go with it. Bottom? Wee wee? Popo?

I think the "real experts" say you should use the offical body part name but in my house that just doesn't seem right. I think it doesn't matter - - whatever makes you comfortable.

Hi Mike,
Growing up my mother would call it our "private" which now seems absolutely hysterical to me.

In college (I am now 39) my roomates and I called it a "Vajayjay" LOL which we still do... sounds silly, but your daughter may like the way that sounds! Good luck!
