My friend is having a terrible time with her 3-year old boy and a bm on the pottie.

He will go in his pants, then "hide" it.

She has to clean bm off of his books, the floor, bookcases, wherever it is, there seems to be no rhyme or reason.

He just will not go on the pot.

Any suggestions?
