My three year old son will cry and scream when he is on the potty. He seems to actually be holding in the poop. He will poop just fine when I put the diaper or training pants on but he just WILL not RELEASE it in the potty or toilet. I have tried rewards, praising, etc which worked to train him in going pee in the potty. I Know I have pressured him too much because he did go poop in the potty once before. What worked to train him to pee is not working to go poop. What should I do? Just keep letting him go in this diaper or pull up or is there a better way? He says he is scared to go poop. I have even prayed with him while he goes poop and nothing seems to work. HELP!!!!! THis is TOUGH and frustrating. I can't put him in preschool until he is potty trained. |
