Just because she "can" potty doesn't mean she "will". You need to talk to her about the different choices she's making at home and away from home. Acknowledge that it is her choice but state clamly that you would like her to use the potty at school. Explain that life is eaier when she uses the potty at all times. Balance your response between emotions and problem solving.
Have there been changes in her world recently? New baby, house, school, etc?
