Where can you find potty training dolls for your son or daughter? Potty Patty™ and Potty Scotty™ were specially designed to potty train™ and were inspired by the first Dr.Phil show on "Potty Train Your Child in One Day". The show reminded me of the time I potty trained my boys. They are now 12 and 9. I had successfully potty trained both my children using a similar method from the book "Toilet Training in Less Than a Day" by two psychologists named Nathan H. Azrin, Ph.D. and Richard M. Foxx, Ph.D. At 2 and half years old, my oldest son was trained in less than a day. He had about 4 accidents in the next 3 days and that was it. My second child (was 2 yrs and 9 months old) had zero accidents. He went from diapers to "big kid" underwear without any problems.
I started thinking about those "good old days" and then remembered the little hurdles I had to go through to have the success I did. I remembered that my biggest challenge was to get all the supplies together - especially finding a doll that drinks and wets. I eventually found a drink and wet doll - it had a straight tube from the mouth to the bottom. Then what about the doll's underwear? The doll I had purchased was not wearing any underwear, so I had to sew up some extra underwear for the doll!! My experiences gave me the idea for The Complete "Potty Train in One Day" Program™. I have tried to incorporate all the things that I wish I had when I trained my kids.
