Smells like a classic to me! (Oct 13, 2010) Reviewer: Michael "When an elephant farts, the farts are really big." How can you resist a book with an opening line like that? "The Gas We Pass: The Story of Farts" reveals this and many more facts about a basic bodily function. Written by Shinta Cho and translated into English by Amanda Mayer Stinchecum, this is one of those great children's books that doubles as a work of delightful humor for adults. This book is not only humorous, but also educational. A diagram of the digestive system and other visual aids help to drive home the science of farts. The book is written in a matter-of-fact, totally nonjudgmental tone. The text is supplemented by drawings that have a quirky charm to them. I suppose that some self-appointed watchdogs of "cultural purity" will whine and pout about a book that celebrates the fart as a joyous, and even noble, part of life. But for the rest of us, "The Gas We Pass" is a treasure.
Just breathtaking! (Feb 22, 2011) Reviewer: Alisha The Fancy Nancy Wall Stickers arrived in a fairly reasonable amount of time. My 5 1/2 year old daughter LOVES them and they look great in her room. It really added the fancy touch that she was lacking.
Shipped Fast (Feb 22, 2011) Reviewer: Alisha This wooden step stool shipped fast, was packaged well and seems to be working very nicely with allowing the little ones the extra height needed to reach our bathroom sinks.
lost order but tracking package. (Feb 22, 2011) Reviewer: Alisha Rated three stars because don't actually have the Lil Marc Urinal for Boys yet. I purchased this product on 2/4/11 and still have not received it. However, the customer service department at Potty Training concepts responded quickly to my email and is tracking my order. They seem to be working hard on fixing the problem and I appreciate it greatly!
Shipped Quickly (Feb 22, 2011) Reviewer: Alisha We haven't actually tried it out yet, but it arrived very quickly. One of the reasons that I went ahead and bought this potty shield was because it looks like an easy product to use to prevent a disaster in the bathroom. My little boy is only 15 months and isn't quick ready for it, but they grow fast and I want to be ready.
Great Product (Feb 22, 2011) Reviewer: Alisha I bought this wooden potty transportation chair for my 15 month old son. It arrived in perfect condition unlike the chair I bought for his twin sister. Anyways, It wasn't hard to assemble and he loves it!
Poorly Painted (Feb 22, 2011) Reviewer: Alisha I bought this Princess Frog potty chair for my 15 month old little girl. The magazine butterfly wasn't finished being painted, the turtle seat cover was chipped at the ends, at the top of the chair there was actual paint that had ran. I am not pleased with the paint job at all! However, the potty training customer service department has been great by providing a contact number and hopefully they will fix the problem.
