Potty Training Regression

You may have a son or daughter that has been potty training fine or is already potty trained and now has begun to go through potty training regression. This is not uncommon to have happen to children especially when they have been sick, there have been changes in the household, a new baby comes home, there is a death in the family or any other situation that is out of the norm and causes stress for your child.

Stress can make your child want to regress and it is a natural symptom of the stress too. A child going through regression is mainly due to stress and it can be handled to get them back on track through a variety of methods too. However, it does need to be taken care of as soon as it happens, since it can lead to other problems with going to the bathroom than too.

There are ways to get them back on track, but the hardest part can be is trying to figure out why they have regressed in the first place.
