Perfect! (Jun 18, 2009) Reviewer: Sylvia Worth every penny! This was exactly what we needed. My 3 yr old was very resistant to potty training. We had 2 other potties and had no interest in them. With this one, she started using the day we brought it home and was done potty training in 3-4 days. Easy to use, easy to clean, comfortable for my daughter and the step stool is a nice feature too. I am thrilled with it.
Wonderful! (Jul 28, 2011) Reviewer: Ann This potty chair is definitely a keeper! I wish I had it sooner. It's so easy to clean and goes great in a shared bathroom. My two year old can pull the child seat down and loves it. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.
Did the trick!!!! (Nov 24, 2011) Reviewer: Lisa This was my third potty for 2+1/2yo miss. Dora is her idol and, although it cost me a fair bit to get to Australia, the potty has produced the desired results - what a relief! Thank you!
My Daugher Loves this Book! (Feb 12, 2009) Reviewer: Alena's Mom We are just getting started with potty training and decided to get this book for our little girls who is quite the Dora fan! She loves reading her Dora Potty Book and pushing the button. She has several "push the button" type potty books and the Dora one is the quietest of these books - which is something that I really like!
Still wearing these in the second grade!! (Jan 05, 2010) Reviewer: Kernball My 8-year-old, 45-lb. son loves these so much, we wish they made them in larger sizes. They are so comfortable, they have taken us through some tough times (does encopresis mean anything to you?) and have been washed about a thousand times. They are not too thick like a diaper which adds to their comfort. He will only wear white, pictures are "uncool" to him. I just wish they made them in bigger kid sizes! --Kernball
too uncomfortable (Feb 12, 2009) Reviewer: Erica My 2 1/2 year old daughter was so excited to get her own potty chair and that it had dora the explorer on it, but as soon as she started to use it she would get up and say she was done when nothing happenen, she said that it hurt her and saw that it was leaving marks on her thighs and the bowl would pinch her. This product made me take 3 steps back. I have started putting toilet paper around the rim to help and it has helped some but still is in uncomfortable. She now refuses to try to use the potty and before she used to be willing. I don't recommend this product at all, companies need to make these with cusions or something.
COOL (Feb 12, 2009) Reviewer: Anonymous this is so good. very helpful for my 2 year old who is potty training. he can pee like daddy.
This potty is well worth.... (Jan 06, 2009) Reviewer: Christina M This potty is well worth the mere 20 dollars your going to pay. We have been having trouble teaching our very stubborn 2yr old daughter to use the potty. After having this one in her room for half an hour she immediately began to announce that she had to go and has learned within the 4 days that we have had it. It's small and very simple. She loves it.
great potty (Feb 12, 2009) Reviewer: gianna's mom My 2 year old loves this potty,i almost got the fisher price one, thanks to the reviews i changed my mind, my daughter would of thought it was a toy.
Slides on elongated toilets (Feb 12, 2009) Reviewer: anonymous We got this for my daughter but it actually hurt our potty training efforts because it slides around on our elongated toilets. She became scared when she first tried to sit on it and it moved, and she seems unstable when she tries to use it even when I am helping her. We have found we need to buy seat covers especially made for elongated toilets because the one-size-fits-all models seem to slide around too much.
Cute potty! (Apr 07, 2011) Reviewer: Sherri My 2 1/2 yr old wants everything Dora so we bought this potty in addition to the Disney Princess that plays music which she has become bored with until Dora showed up. She loves to go potty again, even likes to poop it in the real toilet and flush, and also uses it to stand on. The only con is it does slide on our hardwood floors (she's 25 lbs) so I've asked my husband to put some backing on it.
